My sport is kick boxing, I hold English European and world titles. I have been doing this since I was 6 years old. I have recently found a company to sponsor me for the next year at least, the company is Romo Fabrics and wall coverings they are a local family run business and I am so proud to wear there name on the back of my kit as there sponsorship will help me compete at more of the internationally run competitions e.g Malta Ireland and Austria.
I train about 20 hours a week everyday except a Thursday and compete most Sunday's. My dream is to continue to compete for as long as possible then I want to open my own club and teach others everything I know.
To me clean sport means a couple of different things. Within kickboxing it means fair referees and good sportsmanship. In sport as a whole it means no drugs like steroids or other performance enhancing drugs. To be a good athlete (sports person) and achieve our goals both within there sport and with ourselves (body shape) we need to have a good diet and regular exercise, with determination and hard work anything is achievable.
